What’s included: Structured methodology to identify and refine career options; Relevant information on the job market, career choices, and career pathways; Two 25 minute one-on-one coaching sessions to initiate the process, and review the outcomes and next steps.
How it works: Upon booking, you will receive an email with an invitation to your first session where your coach will review your background, walk you through the career options exploration process, and then provide relevant resources to assist in refining the list. We recommend you then complete this exercise over the next 1-2 weeks to allow time to mull over the options, in preparation for your second session. In this, your coach will review your ideas and help transform them into a structured shortlist, and personalised action plan for your next steps.
