  • Intended for: Those with a clear immediate career goal, who want to maximise their chances of success in achieving it.
  • Prerequisites: Completion of the Validate stage, or a clear goal for your next career move that you are ready to pursue. This may include target employers and roles.
  • Outcomes: A realistic and readily actionable plan and support to achieve your next career goal or target job, whether it be an advertised position or an opportunity that you uncover or generate in the process.
  • What’s included: 50 minute one-on-one coaching session to map your current skills and experience and develop a tailored action plan to your specific career goal or target jobs, strengthened with relevant market insights; Regular emails to follow up on your progress implementing the plan.
  • How it works: Upon booking, you will receive an email with an invitation to your session. In preparation for this, you will be asked to provide your latest resume or CV, together with details of any employers or roles that you are intending to target. Please indicate whether any of these are time critical, eg. where there are imminent job application closing dates, so that we can do our best to accommodate you. During the session your coach will work with you to review your current transferable skills and experience, conduct a gap analysis against your target jobs, and develop an action plan to fill or mitigate these gaps and define a winning data-driven approach to your target employers. According to the nature of your job search, you will then agree on a regular cadence to check-in with your coach by email to review progress to your career or job goal, and receive additional relevant tips and support.

LinkedIn Profile

Create an impactful profile to help achieve your career goals through the world’s largest and most influential professional social network.

  • Intended for: Those looking to realise their career goals through the power of their extended network.
  • Prerequisites: Completion of a career Plan, or clear goal in sight of which types of employers and roles you would like to target through social media. You will also need a current draft of your resume or CV.
  • Outcomes: A complete and up to date profile tailored to your target audience, to LinkedIn’s highest ‘All-Star’ status (once you have at least 50 connections), together with support on how to use it to network effectively and attract career opportunities.
  • What’s included: Two 25 minute one-on-one coaching sessions to gather your input, review and refine the final profile, and expert advice on how to use it; A compelling professional LinkedIn profile, tailored and keyword optimised to your target market, that makes you stand out from your competitors.
  • How it works: Upon booking, you will receive an email with an invitation to your first session where your coach will review your current resume or CV and understand your career goals. Then they will typically need 5 business days to complete your LinkedIn profile for you to check over before your second session (though let us know if you need it sooner and we will do our best to accommodate you). They can either work in your LinkedIn account directly or provide an offline Microsoft Word version for you to upload. In the second session, your coach will review the profile with you and make any final refinements, as well as coaching you on how to maximise its visibility through your connections, and how to reach and influence your target audience to unlock new career opportunities.

Cover Letter

  • Intended for: Those actively applying for a specific job or tightly focused field of closely related roles.
  • Prerequisites: Completion of a Resume or CV, and identified job description(s) of the roles that you are intending to target.
  • Outcomes: A one-page cover letter to captivate the recruiter or hiring manager as to your motivation and suitability, highlighting your relevant skills and experience as proof points of your ability to succeed in the role. This may be tailored for a specific position or for a field of work for you to use in applying for related roles, or making speculative approaches to employers, eg. through your networking contacts.
  • What’s included: Two 25 minute one-on-one coaching sessions to gather your input, review and refine the final letter; A captivating professional letter, tailored and keyword optimised to your target role(s), and delivered in Microsoft Word and PDF formats.
  • How it works: Upon booking, you will receive an email with an invitation to your first session where your coach will review your resume or CV and target job description(s) with you to understand how the cover letter needs to be targeted. Then they will typically need 5 business days to complete the draft letter for you to check over before your second session (though let us know if you have a pressing job application closing date and we will do our best to accommodate you). In this second session your coach will review the draft letter with you and make any final refinements, ready for you to send out.

  • How it works: Upon booking, you will receive an email with an invitation to your session.   • Outcomes: An impactful personalised networking strategy (aligned with your career Plan), and the skills and confidence to identify and approach the right contacts for your target roles, and build and maintain rapport with your connections in both formal and informal contexts whether face-to-face or online. How to utilise informational interviews, referral requests, personal elevator pitches, and your LinkedIn Profile to your advantage in attracting and generating new career opportunities.
  • What’s included: 50 minute one-on-one coaching session to firstly understand your career goals and past networking impressions, and then develop your personalised networking strategy and work with you on a range of applicable techniques to help you put it into action successfully.
  • How it works: Upon booking, you will receive an email with an invitation to your session where your coach will review your career goals and work with you on defining a corresponding networking strategy. They will also discuss with you the networking skills that you would like to improve, and coach you on expert techniques to give you the confidence to execute your strategy.

Interview

Prepare for and gain confidence in interviews to convince employers that you have all of the competency, cultural fit and motivation for the job.

  • Intended for: Those actively applying for jobs, with likely interviews coming up, and looking to maximise their chances of success.
  • Prerequisites: Your resume / CV, job descriptions of the types of roles you are targeting, and details of any job applications in progress.
  • Outcomes: Confidence and knowledge about what the interviewer is looking for, the types of questions you will receive and how to answer them, what you should ask, how to create a great first impression through your verbal and non-verbal communication, and how to get yourself into the right mindset for the big day.
  • What’s included: 85 minute one-on-one coaching session, the first half focused on providing you with personalised advice tailored to the job(s) you are targeting, and the second half putting that into practice with a mock interview and readily actionable feedback. The session can be adapted to both traditional and behavioural interview styles, and to the peculiarities of well known private and public sector employers.
  • How it works: Upon booking, you will receive an email with an invitation to your session. In preparation for this, you will be asked to provide your resume or CV, together with details of the types of roles you are targeting, and any applications in progress. Please indicate whether any of these are time critical, eg. where you have an interview scheduled, so that we can do our best to accommodate you. We will use this information to research your prospective employer, their interview processes, and likely questions for this role. During the session your coach will work through with you both interview preparation and practice, and provide you with key pointers to enable you to continue to perfect your interview performance.
