Test out your shortlist of career options to give you confidence about which is the best fit, so that your energies can then be directed in achieving the right career goal.
- Intended for: Those not satisfied with their current career, and seeking direction for the next move.
- Prerequisites: Completion of the Explore stage, or a good shortlist of career options that you are currently considering.
- Outcomes: Clarity and confidence on your next career move, together with knowledge, resources, and contacts that will be invaluable in helping achieve that career goal.
- What’s included: Techniques to frame career option ‘experiments’ and to test them out through conversations, experiences, and learning; 30 minute one-on-one coaching session to walk you through the process; Regular emails to follow up on your progress.
- How it works: Upon booking, you will receive an email with an invitation to your session where your coach will review your career options, help frame your ‘experiments’, and walk you through a toolbox of techniques and pointers to test them out in practice. According to your availability and the nature of your career options, you will then agree on a regular cadence to check-in with your coach by email to review what you have just learnt and define each successive experiment cycle. The whole process may take anything from 3 weeks to 3 months, but it will have been time well spent to de-risk your future career path.
